Our biggest challenge
Educating, equipping & empowering our kids to thrive in the face of rapid global change and uncertainty has become a serious challenge for all three school communities i.e Admin/Teachers, Students and Parents/Carers.
On the one hand the future of work is demanding increased digital literacy and emotional intelligence, on the other hand increased screen time and online distractions are impacting an entire generations Physical, Emotional and Mental wellbeing.
As a result, Physical, Emotional and Mental wellbeing is a top priority today and the statistics show that our young Australians are suffering.

We’re building Resilience
Based on our experience over the past 15 years and knowing that…
There is a direct link between what you Think, how you feel and what you do
You cannot think greater than how you are feeling
The quickest way to change how you are feeling is to change your physiology and get moving
We have developed a blend of evidence based, measurable programs and assessments to proactively develop critical life skills for young Australians and the communities that support them to build resilience through Physical, Emotional and Mental wellbeing. We call this the RPEM method!
